A new twist on eggs (or oatmeal...whichever way you look at it :-)

I've had two personal trainers now tell me that egg-whites-and-oatmeal breakfasts that are great for you ...and I must agree, it's an all time-favorite of mine. Here's my latest variation (I'll post their versions later :-)...

Two to three organic egg whites (depending on their size)
1/4 -1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

Lightly brush the pan with olive oil
Scramble the egg whites and oatmeal
Place on a dish that's beautiful :-)

Dice 1/2 green apple and sprinkle on the top, along with pecan pieces to taste
Serve with fresh-juiced carrot/apple (the other half)/strawberry juice.
