Try this favorite gluten-free/eat clean subsitute for pasta (and it's not what you think)...

When eating gluten free, sometimes rice pasta gets old. So here's a snazzy idea to take the place of pasta:

French-cut green beans.

That's right. Make your favorite sauce, cook up some frozen or fresh-steamed French-cut green beans, combine the two--and let your taste buds thank you as you totally enjoy. (And make sure you put on fresh-shaved Parmesan and Romano. Mmmm.)

I LOVE this. Try it, because you just might enjoy the amazing taste, too.

To eating clean and loving its taste,
Erin
