- Bake one white sweet potato (or microwave for 6-7 minutes in a paper towel, after poking holes with a fork); dribble tomato soup over the top. The white sweet potato is a cool change from the regular version, kind of in between a white potato and an orange sweet potato.
- Then, on the side, mix carrot stick slivers with albacore tuna, with BBQ sauce dribbled over the top...
Eat with the tuna/carrots on the potato, or eat as two dishes side by side.
Simple. Fast. Clean. Delicious!
My body feels good. I feel good. The eat-clean gluten-free life isn't hard, and the results are worth it.
To health, to feeling great, and to looking great, too,
Erin
