Chop an apple into a bowl. Throw in some walnuts. Toss together. Cover and put in the frig. (If you want the apples to stay white, then sprinkle with lemon juice.)

- waffles
- muffins
- cookies
- brownies
- cakes
(all gluten free, of course :-)
- breakfast cereal
- yogurt
- cottage cheese
- applesauce
- other fruits, like bananas, peaches, or strawberries
- grilled chicken
- green beans (move over, almonds)
- white and sweet potatoes
You and I both know that, even though this isn't hard, we often don't take the time to add simple, healthy idea to our lives. Try this out. Take a few simple minutes. Eat well. And enjoy.
