Or, if you will....the chickpea. Both are crazy names, aren't they?

On your salad. In your soup. Crushed, stirred with garlic and squeezed lemon juice, and spread on your rice crackers. Mmmmm. Easy. Good for you.

Next time you're at the store, pick up a can. Keep some in the frig. Add their little round fun to your meal or snack. It's guilt-free good-for-you.
