Amen here? :). The toughness is all about emotional eating.
We hand with family and friends...and eat. Nibbling treats, hanging with loved ones and people we haven't seen for ages...our hearts get attached to the food by association. So to successfully eat gluten free during the next weeks, I've decided that there's only one thing to do.
Consciously create new food connections, while with friends and those we love.

Eating consciously is extremely cool. (And it makes you feel great.)
GF together,
Erin
